AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

This does not cover damage caused by misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@deebydwang.com with your order number and clear images of the issue.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All pricing is displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST for Australian customers.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and major credit cards. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices may change without notice, but once your order is confirmed, the price is final.

For international customers, any duties, taxes, or import fees are calculated and included at checkout — so there are no surprises on delivery.

In the case of suspected fraud or payment issues, we reserve the right to cancel or refund your order at our discretion.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Australia & New Zealand

• Free shipping on orders over $500 AUD
  

• $45 AUD flat rate for orders under $500 AUD

• Free shipping on orders over $500 AUD
  

• Orders under $500 AUD will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on location
  
  

Shipping times are estimated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and any unexpected courier delays. Once an order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct. We do not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or misdelivered parcels if incorrect information is provided.

RETURNS

We offer returns for purchases within 7 days of delivery.

After 7 days we only accept returns for store credit for the value of your purchase, minus shipping.  No refunds, or returns will be accepted beyond 14 days. 

To make a return, simply contact us with your request via info@deebydwang.com. Once approved, you'll receive all necessary instructions via email including the Return Code.

Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns on Final Sale items or items discounted by 50% or more, unless they are faulty. Sale items discounted less than 50% are eligible for return and will be issued as store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable service, as DWANG is not liable for lost or delayed returns.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty, please email us as soon as possible with images and your order number. If assessed as a genuine fault, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

General wear and tear or care-related issues are not considered faults. 

 

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions and discount codes are valid during the advertised period only and must be applied at checkout. They cannot be applied to previous orders or added after your order has been placed.

Final Sale items and items marked otherwise are not eligible for return unless faulty.

STORE CREDIT

Returns that are issued as store credit, are valid for one (1) years from the date of issue. Store credit is linked to your account email and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or extended beyond the expiration date.

All content on the DEEBYDWANG and DWANG Website — including text, visuals, designs, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by DWANG Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Use or reproduction of any content without written permission is prohibited.

TERMINATION

We may, at our discretion, restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if you breach our Terms or engage in unlawful or inappropriate conduct.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, DWANG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes delays due to shipping partners, customs, or other external forces. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the purchase price of the item.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
