We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay. We are happy to offer a return and refund for unworn, undamaged, with original package and tags attached items within 7 days of delivery.

We will not accept refunds for any unconfirmed return that arrives after the fourteen day deadline, and will not be eligible for a refund. 


HOW TO RETURN

Returns are processed by contacting our customer care directly.

Please email us on info@deebydwang.com with your return request, providing your Order Number, Reason for Return, and Photo of the items received.

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive all the details you need including a Return Code to send your item back.

You can then organize your trackable shipment with your local postal service.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or credit note within 72 hours.


WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

To be eligible for return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have all tags attached and be in original packaging

  • Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order

Final Sale items and any items discounted by 50% or more are not eligible for return, unless deemed faulty.
Items purchased on promotion with less than 50% off are eligible for store credit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued via email.


RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as DWANG is not liable for returns that are lost or delayed in transit.

If a return is lost due to an untrackable shipping method, we unfortunately won’t be able to process the store credit.


FAULTY ITEMS

If you’ve received something that isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please reach out to us at info@deebydwang.com with your order number and clear photos of the fault.

If your item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we’ll happily offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Please note, faults caused by general wear and tear or improper care won’t be considered manufacturing faults.
