  • Orders Over $300 AUD: Eligible for free shipping.

  • Orders Under $300 AUD: A flat shipping fee of $35 AUD applies.

B. International

  • Orders Over $300 AUD: Eligible for free shipping.

  • Orders Under $300 AUD: Shipping fees vary based on the destination country and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Australia & New Zealand: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.

  • International: Delivery times vary by destination and will be provided at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are included in the total price at checkout, ensuring transparency and no additional fees upon delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through the DHL tracking portal.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that all delivery information is correct at the time of purchase. DEEBYDWANG is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
